Letchworth State Park, NY, USA
[one_half padding=”0 10px 0 0″]Nicknamed “The Grand Canyon of the East”, Letchworth State Park is a nice drive with great scenery.
When most people hear “New York,” they automatically think of “New York CITY”… what most people don’t know is that New York STATE is huge, has great sights and natural wonders, and is actually very “country”-like…
I’ve lived in New York for the majority of my life and I didn’t even know about our little “Grand Canyon of the East” until driving one day and saw it on the map! I decided to drive through the park instead of taking the boring interstate… I had no idea what this state park was… what a wonderful surprise on a beautiful autumn day![/one_half]
Park Entrance Fee: US$8 per car
Did You Know? …that the state of New York has more farms than any other state?
